Static Runup Power Check (Static RPM)

 Here's an old document that we created a few years back. Some of you might find this helpful when trying to determine STATIC RPM for various reasons.  We talk a lot here about fixed pitch propellers or ground adjustable propellers and comparing their STATIC RPM.  So this is the way we recommend doing those power checks.
